Olea - Background
“Olea” is a mobile app designed for the Ethiopian context as a support tool for teachers who are engaged in providing puberty education to their students. The app includes refresher training, tips on conducting puberty related trainings with adolescents, and a community tab so that teachers can share their experiences with their peers. By using a digital platform to provide content related to puberty education, the creators of Olea hope that teachers feel empowered to support their students through puberty.
Problem Statement
To educated students about Splash water, sanitation, hygiene, and menstrual health and this app introduced the refresher trainings, tips on conducting puberty related trainings with adolescents, and a community tab so that teachers can share their experiences with their peers
